With 40 years of experience in the environmental field, Frida has worked on regulatory and compliance matters, studies, audits, and training in both the public and private sectors for various industries. These include mining, food, pulp and paper, forestry, engineering, and chemicals, among others. One of her most enjoyable and challenging projects was serving as the counterpart for an environmental impact study on a vast extension transmission line that ran through Chile.
As a technical support lead, Frida aims to make the best use of resources, providing job continuity for employees, identifying talent, and seeking out areas for growth within 麻豆传媒. She also oversees the sharing of technical guidelines for project execution, resolving conflicts and reinforcing concepts.
When she isn’t busy with her environmental work, Frida enjoys creating things with her hands, like knitting and jewelry-making, exploring aromatherapy, and salsa dancing.
