Joe has nearly three decades of experience in Florida hydrogeology. He works with hydrology, geochemistry, and underground injection control as well as geographic information systems, groundwater flow modeling, and impact analysis. As a former employee of the Southwest Florida Water Management District and a consultant, he’s worked with well and wellfield design, complex brackish groundwater environments, water quality analysis, brackish wellfield management, aquifer performance testing, and geophysical logging.
Engaging with clients, Joe provides designs, obtains permits, and develops water resource projects throughout Florida. A notable project included providing specialized hydrogeologic services for the Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply project in DeSoto County. He supported our design of the reverse osmosis water treatment plant and wellfield with well design, water use permitting, groundwater flow modeling, and testing oversight.
Away from his work with hydrogeology, Joe enjoys watching sports, traveling with his wife and two daughters, and spending time with his dogs.
