As an engineer in training (EIT), Tulsi has contributed to hydraulic modeling efforts for water treatment plant modifications and assembled design specifications for various water and wastewater plant improvement projects. She’s also worked on wastewater treatment plant permit renewal and sanitary sewer evaluation survey projects and developed resource-loaded project schedules.
Tulsi has experience as a graduate environmental engineering student involved in water quality engineering research for utilities across Florida. She believes that straightforward communication, honesty, and thorough analysis contribute to effective project and task organization efforts. One of her strengths is to be able to take a step back to view a project’s bigger picture and dive deep into technical details.
Away from her water and wastewater plant work, Tulsi enjoys spending time outdoors and with friends and family. She also enjoys experimenting with gardening, cooking, and painting.
