With nearly 35 years of experience in the infrastructure industry, Bill has held leadership and senior advisory roles on numerous large capital programs and megaprojects throughout North America. His portfolio includes the $1.1 billion Colorado Springs Utilities' Southern Delivery System and the $1.4 billion Grand Prairie Alternative Water Source Program in Illinois, among many others.
Bill helps clients define programmatic delivery needs, assess risks and opportunities, and implement strategic and tactical solutions. He is committed to advancing best practices, fostering innovation, and connecting programs with ideas that enhance client service and program performance.
Outside work, Bill enjoys traveling and long-distance walking, most notably completing 600-mile (966-kilometre) treks across Spain in 2023 and 2025.
