A chartered engineer with over 25 years' experience, Ian delivers projects that improve wastewater services. He leads large multidisciplinary teams across the UK, working for many of the water and sewerage companies.
Ian has been involved with a wide range of wastewater infrastructure projects that focus on storm overflows and pluvial flooding. Most recently, he’s been working on low carbon, nature-based solutions to address pollution arising from storm overflows. He’s also leading optimised catchment solutions to meet the financial challenges faced by our clients.
Additionally, Ian has delivered sewerage and flooding schemes, using traditional and nature-based solutions. He also has strong knowledge of hydraulic and urban drainage modelling.
When he isn’t busy with projects that improve wastewater services, Ian likes to spend time in nature, hiking the hills around South Wales. He also enjoys travelling with his wife whenever he can.
